When a store says one of a lot, item may vary, its basically an insult to both the buyer and the collection.

If you dont value your customer or his knowledge of what he needs you are not a genuine collector / store keeper / curator but a crude bulk seller

In some cases the items may not look as good as they do in real life but each is carefully selected and checked to be genuine
